The South Shore Developments - SNR began developing on Montreal's South Shore over 40 years ago and has long been one of the area's largest developers. Between 1968 and 1990, SNR developed and/or built several thousand residential units, including single-family, multi-family and townhomes, in the Town of Brossard, Candiac, Delson, Longueuil and Varennes. Since 2000, SNR has developed, and is in the process of developing, an additional 1,400 single-family and multifamily units in the area.
