Shannon Oaks - This 25-acre exclusive office and restaurant complex is located in the heart of one of Cary, NC's most affluent areas. The development consists of several buildings built by SNR, including a 58,000 sq. ft., neo-traditional, first class office building designed with the intent of safeguarding some of the municipality's oldest oak trees. SNR worked closely with environmental experts and arborists to ensure that the surrounding oak trees were preserved and the overall ambience of the area was enhanced by the center.
